Blueberry Banana Greek Yogurt Muffins
Soft, moist, and full of juicy blueberries.
A simple homemade sweet bite for any quiet afternoon.
Ingredients :
2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 large egg
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup fresh blueberries
Procedure:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
Mash the bananas in a large bowl.
Mix in Greek yogurt, egg, honey, and vanilla.
Add oats, flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Stir until combined.
Gently fold in the blueberries.
Divide the batter evenly between the muffin cups.
Bake for 18–22 minutes or until lightly golden and set.
Cool completely before serving.
