Surprise! The holidays are coming early for old house lovers. We are offering our first ever Pre-Black Friday Sale. We're trying to clear as much inventory out as possible so that we can focus on restoration and more historic preservation classes in the new year.

Starting tomorrow Saturday 11/12 through Sunday 11/20 everything in-store for our in-person shoppers will be 25% off, while we will be offering 15% off for our online shoppers who order over the phone (no online orders will be accepted through the website for our sale.)

Once in awhile we get a customer with an original Sears kit house, we love hearing about these treasures of Americana still out in the wild.
