We’re showing a glimpse into what this space will become; a kitchen designed around warmth, flow, and the kind of beauty that feels lived-in from day one.

It’s no surprise we love a story — especially one rooted in core memories. At Lunt Street, we partnered with to refresh three bathrooms and add a brand new one on the third floor.

The primary bath is our favorite kind of project: deeply personal. Inspired by our clients’ love of travel, the Marrakesh-patterned accent tile sets the tone from the moment you step in. The custom vanity — dusty blue with a signature leg detail by B&G Cabinets — is a quiet nod to their childhood home. Every finish was chosen with intention, from the mosaic floor to the stacked shower tile that wraps ceiling to floor.
