Our strength comes by simply turning our hearts to Jesus and remembering that our true joy is found in Him alone.

His joy is deeper than our circumstances. It brings comfort to our weary heart, brings hope into difficult places, and gives us strength to keep going.

“The joy of the Lord is my strength.” — Nehemiah 8:10

There are seasons when our strength feels small and the waiting feels long.

But Isaiah 40:31 reminds us that waiting on the Lord is never wasted. In the quiet, He is renewing us, strengthening us, and preparing us to rise again.

We don’t have to carry everything in our own strength. His strength is all we need.

“Those who wait on the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles.”

Joshua 1:9 reminds us to be strong and courageous—not because life is always easy, but because Jesus is always with us.

His presence is enough. Greater than every fear. Stronger than every problem we may face.

When my heart feels anxious and worry, help me to put all my trust in You. I believe in You, help my unbelief. Wrap Your arms around me and let me experience the joy of Your Presence and the comfort of Your Peace.
