Some rooms are designed around what you see. This one was designed around who you’re with.⁠

The great room at was intentionally centered around gathering, with a layout that encourages conversation and a fireplace that takes the place of the television as the focal point. With the doors open to both the interior courtyard and the picturesque backyard, it feels warm, relaxed, and quietly special.⁠

The powder room looks out to the interior courtyard, so we let the landscape outside guide the palette within. Oak paneling, floral grasscloth, marble, and nickel details come together in a space that feels both grounded and perfectly serene. ⁠
