Dear Friends, SoYum Candle Company is closing, and accepting offers to purchase all assets, including the name and trademark.

The owners have worked hard for over 4 years to build this brand from nothing into something. The business has seen many ups, and many downs. We've done as much as $240K in sales in 1 year. The current owners have full time jobs and are unable to invest the time and money needed to continue.

The location is great, but the business needs an owner/operator with a little bit of operating capital to cover the costs of marketing and advertising to drive more candle making experiences.

This business model is perfect for franchising, with the right owner/operators. The upside potential is substantial. A fantastic foundation has been laid, this is a perfect starter business for someone who aspires to be their own boss, and be creative all at the same time.

We are looking for someone to either takeover the business in its current location, or purchase the assets and move the equipment/inventory to a new location.

All equipment and assets, including the trademarked name, fixtures, tables, inventory, etc. are included in the sale.

The business was recently in the process of transfer, but the financing fell through. Owners prefer to move as quickly as possible.
