Color drenching works best when you bring in a wide array of textures — velvet, wool, lacquer, brass, glass — and when a few bold pops of color break up the monochrome so the eye has somewhere to land.

Every surface of this lady lair is steeped in color; teal velvet curtains, jewel-toned floral wallpaper wrapping every wall, a gorgeously soft Moroccan rug underfoot. Curl up with a book, sink into the daybed for an afternoon nap, or invite a friend in for an evening drink. This is now the most favorite room in the house.
The dog agrees. 🐾

Getting to create something this inventive with full trust from an incredible client is everything. Grateful beyond words. 🙏✨

This Weston living room had great bones — it just needed a little direction. A neutral palette, intentional layering, and the right pieces in the right places made all the difference.

Daphne’s big spring premiere!🌼
This week she is featuring daffodils fresh from my own garden, and her beauty stops me in my tracks every single time I walk by.
Open the windows, pick some flowers, feel a little lighter.

Before & After: sometimes a space just needs the right backdrop to bring everything together.

The artwork, buffalo check chair, and accessories were already here — great pieces without a cohesive setting. We added navy grasscloth wallpaper, a sheepskin rug, and a geometric hearth tile, and now every piece in this nook has clicked into place.

The right foundation changes everything!

One of the most overlooked decisions in a kitchen isn’t the tile itself — it’s where it stops.

In this space, extending the tile up and wrapping the window eliminated the visual break that existed before, allowing the architecture to breathe.

Good design doesn’t always mean bigger renovations.
It means making intentional visual choices. See the before for a reminder of what this kitchen used to look like.

🌅 Before & After: Sunrise Bedroom Refresh 🌅

This room doesn’t get much natural light, so we leaned into a sunrise theme to bring the warmth in ourselves. Soft peach walls, horizon artwork, and a radiant quilt make the whole space feel brighter and happier — and the vibrant lamp adds the perfect little sunrise pop, anchoring the whole palette.

A cheerful room she can grow into — one that glows even when the sun doesn’t. ✨
