1.Payment is due up front before ANY work will be started on custom orders. A paypal invoice will be sent. I also now accept credit ca
rds as well! (updated 12/19/14)
2.Items are handmade which means that no 2 will be EXACTLY the same. There will be some slight variations in each piece. This is not an error on my part but is what makes each piece unique, my items are not mass-produced and take hour(s) to complete each one.
3.Shipping is only done priority and will include insurance/tracking and if over $75 there will be signature upon delivery added to the shipping costs for your protection
4.Orders may be picked up only or shipped
5.Absolutely NO refunds on personalized products for any reason - please make sure that your personalization requests are proof read and typed as you wish (Capitalization is done where you want, spacing, etc) as I am not responsible for errors after you have okayed a proof. If there was an error on my part I will do my best to fix it but I need to be made aware of it within 3 days
6.If you ordered a non-custom item and it has not been picked up within 2 weeks (unless you have made other arrangements) your order will be canceled.
7.Turn-around time is 4-7 days plus shipping
