Incredible piece available! Early 1900's Mandel-ette postcard camera by the Chicago Ferrotype Company. These were made from 1911 to 1930 and were primarily used by professional photographers to photograph people on the streets for a fee. The photo would then be developed and could be sent as a postcard. This one came out of a former Indiana University professor's estate. The tripod could possibly be original, but I cannot confirm. Great piece for the camera collector or photography studio

These shoes have somewhat of an interesting story. They were actually found in a wall during a renovation of an 1800's home in Greenfield, Indiana. Back in the Victorian era, people would hide shoes in the wall for good fortune and to warn off evil spirits. There's actually in an entire concealed shoe index. And the best thing about them is that they're available! Bonus points if you hide them somewhere in your walls for future residents to someday find.

The three mini advertising cast iron skillets are sold and on their way to a future French Lick, Indiana bed & breakfast set in an old farmhouse off the Buffalo Trace. I love when my pieces are used to further tell the story of a past gone by.

Step right up circus fans! Because I have a couple of great pieces available! The first being a former clown's traveling case and wardrobe items including his hair, his shoes, a t-shirt with a picture of his face on it, and a mini viewfinder with his picture inside.

The other piece is for my Indiana circus collectors. It's an early 1900's clown costume from the Hagenbeck-Wallace Circus out of Peru, Indiana. It came out of an auction full of other circus items that were sold by the Great American Circus Management Company.

Two great pieces just in time for the circus coming into town.

Many of us know Kohl's as the department and clothing store that it is today. But from the 1940's to the 1980's it was actually a supermarket that was known for their meat department. This 1950's metal door push plate advertising "Kohl's Famous Meats" is a neat and rare piece from that time. Available for sale!

Great vintage advertising butcher store display folk art available! The pig is solid wood and hand-painted with "Hutton's For Pork" on one side and the cuts of meat on the other. There are two versions of this, a smaller 12 inch version and this larger more desirable 23 inch one. This big boy comes in at 20 Ibs! He would look great in either a kitchen, butcher shop, or BBQ joint.
