Our customers ROCKED the house the last couple of days with our merchandise at Three French Hens. THANKS SO MUCH !! And a big welcome and thank you to all of our new followers. Goodmorning our faithful followers. One chapter closes as a new one begins...Monday Debbie and I will head over to Gaslamp Antique Mall to build our beautiful booth. We plan to take you on that journey with us through photos from start to finish. A little over two and a half years ago best friends took the leap of faith in the worst economy of our lifetime and opened our antique ,decorating and gift store. Although today we officially will close our doors to THIS location of THE ROOST our journey will not stop here. In just a couple of weeks our new space at Gaslamp Antique mall should be up and running. Debbie and I will also be on the hunt for our new permanent store front AND...we will be gearing up for BELLA RUSTICA--the mega awesome barn sale that we participated in last year in September. Be sure to follow them and all the fabulous features that Linda has in store for this years sale-it is gonna be bigger and better than ever. Mark your calender !! www.bellarustica.org

HUMBLED...............
Debbie and I could not have been made to feel more loved -supported and appreciated than we were today ! Countless hugs--compliments--well wishes--sharing of emails to extend our contact list--you name it our customers had it to offer today !
WE SET A RECORD !!! Our BIGGEST sale day EVER !!! Including out selling our regular biggest day of the year during Buttercup festival.
How do you really say thanks for that ?
We LOVE you all-we will never forget it AND we promise to work harder than ever when we find our new home to inspire you as you always have us.

TODAY IS THE DAY !!! Last day for The Roost to be open in the current location. We will have yummy refreshments to share with our fabulous customers as a small way to say THANK YOU for supporting us in the sweet little house we came to love and a toast to our NEW BEGINNING. We have a room full of merchandise that is 50% OFF...all of the outdoor merchandise is at least 35% off and some items even more. PLUS we will have a give-away for everyone.
We hope you will make THE ROOST part of your Saturday's adventures. If you can't make it out today--post a comment on this thread and we will have something special waiting for you at the new location for your first visit.

THANKS for all the encouragement towards our search for a new home. Wish we had a definitive answer from what we saw today but not just yet. Will go as far as to say we were VERY IMPRESSED. Hopefully -maybe -possibly ??? We will see. Keep those good thoughts coming our way--Debbie and I are already itching to create some new fabulousness !
DON'T FORGET...Saturday we will be serving beverages and morsels as a final toast to YOU in this old house. We have really loved our time there but are also looking forward to our new adventure. Come by and see us--we will also be handing out Gift Cards to use in our NEW LOCATION.
