🦇 UPDATED SHOP HOURS + ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT NEWS 🦇

Hey darklings, oddballs, collectors, creators, and curious creatures!

We recently extended our Friday and Saturday hours to 9PM in anticipation of the new DeKalb Entertainment District launching on June 1st. This district will allow alcoholic drinks to be carried within the downtown district and into participating businesses.

However, the City of DeKalb has let us know there will be a delay while they await the arrival of their official startup materials. The launch is now expected to happen around July 6th.

Because of that, we’ll be rolling our hours back for now. Once the Entertainment District officially launches, we’ll re-evaluate and consider extending our Friday and Saturday hours again.

We’ve also made the decision to keep Sundays alcohol-free at the shop. “Sober Sundays” are here to stay so our sober friends, followers, families, and younger shoppers can enjoy the store without alcohol inside. We also have younger staff working that day, so this keeps Sundays comfortable and appropriate for everyone.

Monday: Closed
Tuesday: Closed
Wednesday: 11AM to 6PM
Thursday: 11AM to 6PM
Friday: 11AM to 7PM
Saturday: 11AM to 7PM
Sunday: 12PM to 5PM

Thank you for rolling with the updates as downtown DeKalb prepares for this new chapter. We’re excited to see how the Entertainment District develops, and we’ll keep you posted as things creep closer. 🖤

Opening day for West Peoria Farmer’s Market is TODAY! Go out and support the local vendors at this brand new community market, and check out their page for the list of vendors for today.

Now, we will not, repeat WILL NOT, be there this week much to our (and probably your) dismay. We were previously booked for another event. HOWEVER, we WILL be there next week (Wednesday June 3rd), and we'll have a cute lil calendar you can take with you so you know the dates that we'll be there. In the meantime, pre-orders are OPEN for next week's market, so if there is something below that you cannot risk not having in your lil zombie fingers, pre-order it and we'll have it in a cute lil bag with your name on it at the event.

Any orders that have items not on the market list will be filled when we have time to fill it. As much as we love getting orders from our spooky fam, when it's something other than what we are already prepping for something like this, it rreeealllyyy bogs us down and quality starts to suffer. Don't make your friendly allergy free ghosty baker suffer. We do that to ourselves enough. 🤣
