New construction is one of our favorite things to work on and a lot of that comes down to having a process we truly believe in.

Madison leads our new construction team and she does a beautiful job making sure clients feel guided and confident every step of the way.

Here’s how it works: first we get the vision aligned. Plans, inspiration photos, how you live in your space. We make sure it all agrees before anything moves forward.

Then we move into selections, taking that inspiration and really bringing it to life. We present it, edit it together, and get it exactly right.

From there it goes to the builder. And while that’s the end of our deliverables, it’s really just the beginning of the next phase. Because that’s when the decisions that can’t be made on paper have to happen in real time, and we’re there for that too.

Finishing a project this good is equal parts exciting and a little bittersweet because you know you have to hand it over and move on.

This primary bath started with heavy tile, closed-off zones, and finishes that felt dated and disconnected. By reworking the layout, lightening the palette, and refining every surface, we created a space that feels open, cohesive, and calm.
