Cheers to the Holiday weekend! I hope your grill is hot and your fresh blooms cut.

It’s half way through 2025!
While I’m tempted to think about all I haven’t accomplished yet, my mind quickly goes to all that has been done! Personally, it would be easier to stay in a more critical place, but for my team! Man, they’ve worked so hard, shown up over & over and gotten huge projects to beautiful places!
They say goals are accomplished through your daily habits. When I look at the start of 2025 I see their choice to daily do the small, hard, tedious work & we have some beautiful homes where a whole lot of life will happen to show for it.
So take minute to glance in the review mirror today, see the road you’ve traveled this year and celebrate how far you’ve already come, not just where you want to go. ❤️
