The week was one of ups and downs. We lost Everest, the cutest blockhead kitten. Work was a roller coaster. The indoor cats kept things interesting. We made a trip for an Estate Sale and picked up a new pitcher.
Plus, if you feel like painting I’m getting ready to start all the public areas of the house…come along.
Hopefully no kitty problems this week, otherwise come on Monday.

It is rare for this pond to freeze but it gave it a go last night.

Thinking of the year ahead, putting my energy to things, people who bring me happiness and peace.
Scrolling through who I follow on Instagram…when is the last time you checked who you give your time to? I just unfollowed over 200 accounts. Many I don’t actually follow, some whose content doesn’t suit me anymore and some who I realized are quite full of themselves and I just don’t need them in my space.
I encourage you to clean up your account, you’re going to be surprised at who you’re following, I know I was.

Flag was our oldest outdoor friend. He wandered in and immediately stole our hearts with his silly ways. He loved tummy rubs and food. He had left us for most of 2023 and one day he showed up again. Still silly, still loving and definitely still loving food. I have many memories with this boy. Catching him to get him fixed was a three week circus…today we buried him. I hate the road we live on!
RIP silly Flag.
