Every element in this basement was chosen with intentionality — the infrared sauna for two tucked into the corridor, the dark fluted credenza grounding the entryway, the curated artwork telling a story of warmth, culture, and beauty. Nothing was arbitrary. Everything was designed to make her feel something the moment she walks downstairs.

Design tip: Don’t underestimate the power of a feature wall mural. In a basement with limited natural light, a large-scale landscape mural creates the illusion of depth and brings the outdoors in.

🔖 Save this — you’ll want to come back to it.

This client had a gorgeous home with cathedral ceilings, a dramatic brick fireplace, and stunning arched windows… and furniture that just wasn’t keeping up. Through eDesign, we reimagined the whole space from the ground up.

Bold plum sofas. Graphic striped chairs. A cowhide foyer moment. This is what happens when your home finally matches its potential.

Every object on this console was chosen for texture and purpose — something rough, something smooth, something organic, something polished. That contrast? That’s what keeps your eye moving and makes a space feel designed instead of just decorated.

Design tip: When styling a console or shelf, layer by texture first — then by height. Let one statement piece lead. Everything else supports it.

My client had a bay window she didn’t know what to do with. It was just sitting there — empty, awkward, wasted space. But the moment I walked in, I saw it immediately.

This is a hangout spot. She has two middle schoolers. Friends come over. Kids need a place that’s theirs — somewhere cozy to sit, talk, read, or just decompress after school without taking over the whole living room.

So we built it out. Added a deep cushioned seat, layered the pillows in patterns they’d actually love — botanical, textured, colorful but not chaotic. Hung the drapes to frame the window and give the whole nook warmth. Added tall grass plants to bring life in from the outside.

Now? That “I don’t know what to do with this” corner is everybody’s favorite spot in the house.

DESIGN TIP: Don’t decorate your problem spaces last — design them first. Awkward corners and unused windows are usually your best opportunities.

💾 Save this if you have a space in your home you keep walking past and ignoring.

Another beautiful space, another story told in color.

This living room is one of my favorites — it’s the moment you see bold pattern and neutral foundation working together, and the whole room just exhales.

Those blue and white geometric chairs? They weren’t “safe.” But that’s exactly why they work. They’re grounded by cream sofas, anchored by a slatted wood focal wall, and pulled together with gold — the chandelier, the coffee table, the floor lamp. Nothing was random. Every choice had a reason.

Design tip: If you want to use a bold pattern, let your largest pieces stay neutral. The pattern becomes the personality. The neutrals give it room to breathe.

💾 Save this if you’re planning a living room refresh.

Before I ever pick a paint color or move a single piece of furniture — I listen.

My in-home consultations are where the real magic begins. I come to YOU. I walk through your space, I take a look at the lighting,

I notice the flow, the traffic patterns, the way your family actually lives in the room. Not how you wish you lived in it — how you actually do.

Because that’s the difference between a room that photographs beautifully and one that genuinely feels amazing every single day. I want it to feel like you.

Design tip: The best interiors are built on conversations, not just concepts. Your lifestyle is the blueprint. 📐

Save this if you’ve ever felt like your home looks “fine” but something is still off — that’s exactly what I’m here for.

She didn’t hand me a mood board. She just said “I want it to feel like a welcoming space for my son.”
So I listened. Then I designed.
That little red toy car on the nightstand? We kept it. Because home should hold your real life — not replace it.

It’s all in the details.

This fireplace wall is the moment the whole room came alive — and it didn’t happen by accident.
Vertical wood slat panels for warmth and texture. A statement electric fireplace built right into the wall. A chandelier that echoes the gold tones already in the space. And that orange stool? The piece my client almost didn’t choose — but it blended both husband and wife’s design styles beautifully.

Design tip: one bold anchor detail doesn’t compete with the rest of the room — it brings everything else into focus.

💾 Save this for inspo! Would YOU try a fireplace wall in your home?
