What a magnificent celebration of life's milestones - 40 years of Marriage, Valentine's Day, Recent retirement and the joy of love! I had the privilege of instructing Valerie & Dan, seasoned travelers to Italy, who were eager to experience my Cooking Class, featuring handmade ravioli with cheese filling, vodka sauce, garden salad with edible flowers, champagne vinaigrette, and tiramisu crafted with crème de cocoa and sweet Marsala.

I didn’t have a valentine, but I derived immense satisfaction from preparing a meal for the Canton Fire Department. I prepared fresh pasta with vodka sauce and for dessert, my signature dark chocolate brownies loaded with walnuts, as well as tiramisu infused with crème de Coco and sweet Marsala. It was an exceptional culinary experience with Allissa, Brad, Kailey, and Israel, as the two couples, newlyweds and close friends, converged in the kitchen to learn the art of crafting fresh pasta and my vodka sauce, fostering an atmosphere filled with laughter, stories, and camaraderie. In celebration of 'The Cook & Bake', what a remarkable experience in the Chef's kitchen alongside this lovely family, who bond over cooking and baking traditions prior to the Super Bowl. Color me Pasta crafted with Organic vegetables and fruits, Vodka Sauce, Salad adorned with edible flowers and a Champagne Vinaigrette, Pain de Mie accompanied by soft salted butter, Chocolate Lava cakes expertly prepared by both Junior Chefs Emma & Matt, garnished with powdered sugar and Raspberries, Citrus Pizzelles, and Hummingbird Cake. What a fun afternoon 😊😊😊💕
