Today I celebrate my 39th trip around the sun!

Last October I had the pleasure of having photos taken by Jessica Conlan | Photographer . I wasn’t sure how I was going to pose, or what to expect… but Jess’ confidence in capturing me in a more raw and candid way, rather than trying to achieve the “perfect pose”, made me feel more comfortable and true to myself.

Being “seen, grounded and untamed” in your own energy is a place of unconditional self-love that will be felt and captured, or perhaps created.
