One of the biggest transformations in this Bal Harbour condo renovation was the kitchen. Working in collaboration with Florence, we completely restructured the space to create a full kitchen renovation with a neutral palette that feels calm, timeless, and connected to the rest of the home.

Loving how the island stretches from one side to the other, visually connecting the kitchen to the rest of the space. The soft gray tones keep everything feeling cohesive, while little details, like the hidden pantry tucked behind one of the cabinetry doors, make this kitchen as functional as it is beautiful.

It’s all in the details that make this master bedroom feel like an oasis by the ocean. We love how the carpentry of the TV wall unit blends so naturally into the space, creating a beautiful built-in moment that doesn’t feel heavy or overpowering. The open shelves add just the right amount of personality with a few carefully selected objects.

And then there’s the ceiling, the wallpaper adds a subtle touch of romance and frames the room beautifully, while its soft colors echo the water just outside the windows. It’s one of those details that makes the whole space feel a little more special.

Wallpaper doesn’t always have to completely cover a wall. We see it as a tool for creativity, a way to play with scale, framing, moldings, and unexpected installations that can make a space feel more unique and personal. It’s not just about selecting a beautiful wallpaper, but about how you choose to use it.

Here are a few ways we’ve incorporated wallpaper beyond the traditional: framed with beautiful moldings, used as a backdrop for shelves, or installed in unexpected ways that make it more eye - catching and unusual.

For her master bathroom in our Bal Harbour condo renovation, we wanted to create a space that felt calm, warm, and inviting, more like a retreat than just a bathroom.

As a vacation home, every corner of the apartment was designed with the idea of slowing down and disconnecting in mind, and the primary bathroom was no exception.

Isn’t the bold black-and-white tile the detail that makes the whole space pop?
Clean, bold, and full of character, it’s just the right balance with the warmth of the wood vanities and brushed nickel details.

When you have an apartment with incredible views of Florida, we knew as interior designers that the goal was not simply to frame the view, but to make the most of it.

For this vacation home in Bal Harbour, we focused on creating a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces, not only to take advantage of the views and the feeling of being connected to the surroundings, but also to make the living space feel larger and more expansive.

By extending the living area outdoors, the space feels like a continuation of the home rather than two separate areas. It allows the owners to fully enjoy the views, the outdoor setting, and the way the two spaces work together.

A project we’ve been dreaming of sharing is finally here! We’re excited to reveal our latest luxury condo renovation in Bal Harbour, Miami, an oceanfront retreat thoughtfully designed from the very beginning around our client’s vision, lifestyle, and the way she and her family wanted to experience their home.

This project was especially meaningful because our client returned to work with us again, allowing us the opportunity to continue our design relationship and create another space tailored to her needs. The journey began before we ever selected finishes or designed a single room, we partnered with her from the start, helping her find the perfect property and transforming it into a vacation home where she and her family could truly feel at ease, reconnect, and enjoy time together.

Inspired by the calm and beauty of a coastal cove, we reimagined this residence as a warm, serene escape that reflects its incredible oceanfront setting.
