A client called and said the windows were leaking.
We installed these windows ourselves, and the installation was done correctly. So we came back and ran a water test.
We sprayed the brick above the windows. The water was not coming through the windows. It was coming through cracks in the brick and running down into the house.
The windows were tight. The wall above them was not.
If you see water inside, do not guess. Test it. Sometimes the window is not the problem.
