It is with a very heavy heart, that I announce Mattress by Appointment Northampton will be coming to a close in the next couple weeks.

It’s just unfortunately become too expensive to stay open. It’s been a tough time for small businesses and between tariffs raising prices pretty significantly across the board this year in our industry, as well as other increased costs in rent and other things. It’s made it harder for little shops like mine, that work on much tighter margins to offer better values to our customers, to stay afloat.

Despite the circumstances, I will never regret opening this business. It has been our honor, and for me personally, one of the greatest pleasures of my life to be able to serve my community and help everyday people find affordable quality options for the last 3 1/2 years. First as Mattress by Appointment Holyoke, and then as Mattress by Appointment Northampton. I opened this business, not only to support myself, but to support my community, and I believe we did just that. There’s a reason we have a 5 star rating on Google, and it’s because we always prioritized our customer’s needs first and sales second, and we’re deeply proud of running things that way. 

These last two weeks, we will be doing our best sales yet trying to cut down inventory as much as we can; so tell your friends, family members, and *anyone who might need a mattress and send them our way, as the timer is ticking ⏰ and this will be the LAST CHANCE to take advantage of our truly BEST deals EVER!!

Finally, from all of us here at MBA Northampton, we thank you all so much for your patronage and all you’re support over the years! We know you have a choice in where you go and we so appreciate that so many of you chose us. YOU are what made this business what it’s been!! ❤️

Big News! We've officially moved to Northampton center! We loved our home in Holyoke and all the incredible folks we had the privilege of getting to serve there, but we're looking forward to helping many more both from Holyoke and from all over New England as we always have, at our awesome new location! :D
