We are loving the blend of Scandinavian and transitional elements in this kitchen! We mixed slab white oak veneer cabinets with white paint inset shaker cabinets, and added in matte black hardware and fixtures, and an iridescent blue-grey backsplash tile to tie it all together. By taking down the original half walls and adding a gorgeous new island with seating, the kitchen is no longer cut off from the rest of the space, but rather a cohesive and inviting place.

We love adding a pop of color to really elevate a classic white kitchen. These gorgeous shaker cabinets have custom paint finishes and an elegant quartz countertop. By enlarging the opening to the living room, adding warm brass tones, and a soft gray herringbone backsplash, this kitchen has become a bright yet warm and inviting space for this family!
