A study in contrast, warmth, and quiet detail.

Rich wood cabinetry grounds the kitchen, while veined stone, sculptural lighting, and softer upholstered textures keep the space feeling light and refined. We carried that balance throughout the home, pairing clean architectural lines with organic shapes, statement artwork, and layered neutrals that add depth without overwhelming the space.

Every selection was considered to feel connected, from the custom millwork and lighting to the furniture and finishing touches, creating a home that feels polished, comfortable, and collected rather than overly designed.

For this project, the design is all about creating a seamless connection between indoors and out, letting the architecture, natural textures, and incredible bayfront views do the talking.

Our new build at 3219 Sunset Avenue in Longport, NJ brings the same warm, elevated palette outdoors, transforming the covered terrace into a true extension of the home. Layered neutrals, natural wood tones, sculptural furnishings, and unobstructed water views create a space designed for everything from quiet mornings to sunset entertaining.

Because when the view is this good, the design should complement it, not compete with it.

Stay tuned as we bring this Longport new build currently available and listed with Vincent Novelli from concept to completion.
