We’ll always have a soft spot for a good plaid, especially paired with rich wood tones and a touch of blue. A combination that feels both fresh and familiar ✨

What a wonderful night celebrating the very first edition of The Scout Guide Tuscaloosa!

We are so excited to be part of the inaugural edition and to see The Scout Guide make its way to our community. So much thought, hard work, and attention to detail went into bringing this beautiful publication to life, and it certainly showed at the launch party!

We’re grateful to be featured alongside so many wonderful local businesses and can’t wait for everyone to get their hands on a copy. Congratulations to The Scout Guide Tuscaloosa team on such a special launch!

We’ve never been afraid to mix a few patterns! Especially when there’s a little blue, a little green, and a pretty lake view involved 🤍 We love how each fabric brings something different to the room while still working beautifully together.

This Little Corner 🤍

A pretty mix of old and new this week. The chest came from our neighbors at Adams Antiques & the Potager, and we love it paired with the bright landscape, soft blues and greens, and a few garden-inspired pieces.

Sometimes it really is just about putting together things you love—and this corner has quite a few of them.

A little laundry room with a lot of personality. We love how the mix of pattern, soft green and warm details completely changed the feel of this hardworking space. Sometimes it’s the smallest rooms that are the most fun to transform.

A favorite from the archives that felt worth sharing again. 🤍

We completed this room last year, and it’s still one we love looking back on. Some spaces are just too pretty to only share once.

Beautiful color, thoughtful details, and a room that still feels just as special to us a year later.

This Little Corner 🤎

A little bit of old, a little bit of color, and plenty to look at. We love how the warm wood, soft yellow, aged brass and original artwork all work together here—finished with an orchid and a lamp glowing in the corner.

It feels comfortable and familiar, like it could have been put together over time. Exactly the kind of corner we love.

This project came together on a much quicker timeline than most, so we had to be thoughtful—and a little creative—with our sourcing. We pulled pieces from our own shop, found a few great things from our neighbors at Adams Antiques & the Potager next door, and worked with what was readily available to completely change the room.

We lightened the space, reworked the furniture plan, and brought in new lighting, artwork, furniture and accessories. We always love an opportunity to source locally when we can, and this was one of those projects where everything seemed to come together at just the right time.

Three weeks later, it feels like an entirely different room. Swipe to see where we started.

This Little Corner 🤍

A sunny spot in the shop filled with things we love. A big bunch of white tulips, lamps glowing in the window, stacks of favorite books, baskets, and a few little treasures tucked in along the way. Sometimes it’s the simplest things that make the prettiest picture.
