I am Elaine Blancaflor Quadra, a mother of two now grown up children, a wife, an avid volunteer to many causes, a caregiver, a homemaker, a cook, an interior designer, and a landscape artist. After an unfashionable event in my life I pursued my new-found passion for flowers and blossomed to become a floral and event designer. Dubbed as Whiteflower Events & Flowers (in honor of my late father Gaude
