People often ask...what is Common Cookhouse? We are a shared commercial kitchen facility serving as a base of operations for licensed foodmakers including food truck operators, ghost kitchen operators, bakers, caterers, etc. We offer 24/7 access for our members, ample prep space, dedicated cold and dry storage options, a fully equipped kitchen, and a sanitation room featuring an automatic dishwasher. We are on one floor...no more lugging your food to basement coolers and freezers! For food trucks, we are one of the few locations that can offer you parking, parking with plug in, filling your fresh water tanks and dumping your gray water tanks in accordance with state and local regulations.
