We provide everything you need to start and grow your food business successfully! Your Membership gives you access to all of our Services, starting with ensuring your licenses are in place, creating your Marketing Profile to participate in our Promotional Campaigns, and giving you access to our Online Reservation system to book time in the Kitchen Facility

$5/hour for standard ovens under the Ranges
$75/month per shelf dry or cold storage

Commercial Kitchen for Chefs, Bakers, Meal Delivery located in Uptown Oakland!

Platform 43 Kitchens (www.p43kitchens.com) is a new commercial kitchen in Uptown Oakland.

We have a 3,500 sq ft food production facility, and large side lot for managing your deliveries to the greater Bay Area.

We have affordable hourly and monthly plans starting as low as $300, and we provide everything you need to get started producing your food for sale, including help with your licensing and insurance, business formation, appliances, pots and pans, as well as helping you sell your food to our vibrant local community.

We will support ghost kitchen and pop-up restaurant operations, and will host events during the bustling First Fridays happening in our neighborhood. The P43Cafe will open this Spring, featuring pop-up dinner events from our member chefs and a full bar.
