Gnomeshot Friday!

Summer the Gnome has been keeping a close eye on the calendar, and her favorite day of the year is almost hereโ€”the Summer Solstice!

She loves the extra daylight, warm sunshine, blooming wildflowers, and all the busy bees and butterflies that come with the longest day of the year. You'll often find her wandering through the garden long after dinner, making the most of every minute of sunlight.

For Summer, the solstice is a reminder to slow down, step outside, and enjoy the beauty that surrounds us during this special time of year.

How are you planning to spend the longest day of the year?

A little something new from the kiln. ๐Ÿฆ

We've added a tufted titmouse to our lotion and soap pump collection. These cheerful little birds are a familiar sight around Ohio, often hopping from branch to branch and visiting backyard feeders with plenty of curiosity.

There's something nice about bringing a bit of the outdoors inside, especially in the everyday items we use without much thought. A simple reminder of the birds just outside the window.

Do you have a favorite backyard bird visitor?

From a flat slab of raw clay to a finished timepiece on your wall! Here is the multi-stage journey of our new hand-built chickadee wall clock:

1. The Slab: Rolling out a fresh, flat sheet of raw stoneware clay.

2. Formed: Shaping the clay by hand and pressing in the beautiful grid texture and bird design.

3. Bisque Fired: The first kiln firing to turn fragile clay into durable ceramic.

4. Glazed: Painting on the glazes to highlight the fine details of the songbird.

5. Glaze Fired: A final high-temperature kiln firing for a permanent, beautiful finish.

Ready for the Wall: Clock parts installed and ready to bring a touch of woodland charm home!

โ˜• Mugshot Monday โ˜•

This week we're featuring our Tufted Titmouse Mug!

Did you know tufted titmice often stash seeds away for later and are usually among the first birds to check out a new feeder? These curious little birds may be small, but they're full of personality.

Who's spotted a tufted titmouse in their backyard lately?

Some things are just meant to go together...

Coffee. GOAT.

One gets you going in the morning. The other is what everyone calls you after you've had that first cup. โ˜•๐Ÿ

Whether you're chasing big goals or just trying to survive a Monday, remember: with enough coffee, you can be the GOAT of just about anything.

What's your superpower after your first cup of coffee?

Gnomeshot Friday!

Kailani has always felt most at home near the water. Whether it's watching the waves roll in, collecting seashells along the shore, or spotting sea turtles gliding through the ocean, she can't get enough of life by the sea.

Today she's spending some time with our sea turtle collection, dreaming of sandy beaches, salty breezes, and all the amazing creatures that call the ocean home.

What is your favorite sea creature?
