- “Karl, unfortunately my spouse is in wheelchair for while. We have a recessed shower. She needs wheelchair access immediately. Our glass enclosure is new. Remove it, but be aware, its brand new and later on we want to install it back. Solve this equation but fast”

"Karl, we want new glass but the existing shower curb has a negative pitch (water from the glass flows towards outside...), water pools up beside the glass frame since the original builder built it 😔 can you help us?"
