After today's ArtWalk in Downtown Ocean Springs, I'll leave tomorrow for my last pickin trip of the year....gone 14 days and JoAnn will be running the shop!!! But before I leave, wanted to show you one of the unique items coming up during Cruisin the Coast.

This is a rarely found Gas Station "Ford" Air Meter....You see the red ones quite often, but a white one that reads FORD.....Uh, not so much! In fact, this is the only one I personally have ever seen. Most likely made for a dealership? I don't know....what I do know is that it'll be available for purchase October 1st. Might wanna put this one on the radar.....and pounce like a jungle cat!!!!!

Want a project? Like to tinker? Always a member of the "Honey Do List".....well if you answered yes to these questions, then this Antique Brass Blade Fan is for you!!!!!! It's the 12" version and was working great until a customer ripped the cord from the back of the fan motor. All it needs is a new cord...motor works great!!!!! And it's half the price it was before the damage was done. My loss is your gain.....POUNCE!!!!!

Total barn find.....this 1950's 6-pack Coke bottle carrier is in pretty decent condition for just sitting in an old barn for the last 60 year. All metal...no issues except for awesome patina. Held the little Coke bottles.

It's Friday in America's greatest small town....it's wet, it's dreary, rain is falling....but all that doesn't really matter when you work in the coolest store around!!!!!! I'll be prepping the store for tomorrow's ArtWalk....we'll be open rain or shine!!!!

Local artist Robert Waldrop, just dropped off some cool pieces....this is just a few! All have been put throughout the shop!!!!!

Currently preparing for this weekend's Art Festival and my last roadtrip of the year....but could not go a Friday Signday without posting something sign related. Had a request for a true BANGER of a sign....ask and you shall receive!!!!!

This is an early and very HARD TO FIND sign....This DIXIE GASOLINE SIGN is 100% original....has it's original wood frame on back. A true survivor!!!! One of my faves that will be selling come Cruisin the Coast!!!!

In the next four weeks, leading up to Cruisin the Coast, I will post many unique and scarce car related items.....everything posted will be in the shop FOR SALE come Thursday, October 1st...until then, it's all just a preview.

I won't have many Oil Cans this year....but the ones I will have all came straight out of an old Humble Gas Station. Humble turned into Esso which is now....Exxon.. Pretty cool....
