Shipping Policy:
1. All Packages are shipped via USPS. We always recommend to add additional insurance cost. USPS only covers the first $100.
2. When receiving your package, we suggest everyone to open it right away, and we recommend you to take a video upon opening for assurance purposes. Once USPS marked it as delivered, we only give 24-48hrs for item inspection. Any complaints after 24-48hrs from delivery time won’t be entertained.
3. We will not refund any lost item/parcel once it has already left from our end especially when tracking number has already been provided. We are not the one's who does the delivery for your item, we are not affiliated on any delivery carrier. Once it has left on our end we cannot control what could happen during delivery period no matter how many fragile stickers we put on it or how safely we package it. It is beyond our control.
