Meet the Designer 👩‍🎨 .. Hello there
I’m Candace, founder and lead designer behind Spaces by Candi. I’m based on Long Island, New York, and I work with clients all over the country to create interiors that are thoughtful, functional, and truly livable. While I’m known for designing kitchens, I actually work across all interior spaces—from single rooms to full-home projects—always with intention and purpose.

I’m especially passionate about space planning and layout design. I believe a well-designed home starts with a strong foundation, and when the layout works, everything else falls into place. My goal is to take the overwhelm out of the design process and replace it with clarity, confidence, and a clear plan you can actually build from.

On a personal note, I’m a mom of two young daughters, a coffee lover, and a pop culture geek who genuinely loves what I do. I believe homes should feel warm, welcoming, and reflective of the people who live in them—not just designed to look good in photos.

Wrapping up this remote kitchen design for a home located in Ohio ✨

This one was such a joy for me to design. I focused on creating a space that feels warm, timeless, and easy to live in—natural wood cabinetry for depth, a soft blue island to ground the room, and layered textures that add interest without overpowering the space. The patterned backsplash adds just the right amount of detail while keeping everything calm and classic.
