Last call to join us in the fight against ALS! Our fundraising deadline is almost here, and every dollar makes a real difference for patients and families.

On Saturday, we will be walking in memory of Mary Fichtner and her brave fight against one of the cruelest diseases you can imagine. One of her granddaughters made the t-shirt we will wear, featuring her favorite flower, the Black-eyed Susan. AND we were asked to cut the ribbon to start the walk!

Mike Bafford has been a valued member of the Fichtner team since 2003, and over the past two decades, he has become a true cornerstone of our company. As one of our Project Estimators, Mike brings an unmatched level of knowledge and experience to every project. If you have a question, chances are Mike has the answer. His expertise, attention to detail, and years of hands-on experience make him an invaluable resource to both our team and our customers.
Mike is known for his reliability, dedication, and willingness to go above and beyond. Whether it's working after hours, traveling wherever the job takes him, or stepping up whenever he's needed, Mike consistently demonstrates the commitment and work ethic that define Fichtner Services.
Outside of work, Mike is a devoted family man. He and his wife, Jen, have two children and are proud grandparents to three grandchildren. He's also a die-hard Baltimore Ravens fan. On game days, Mike and his family hit the road in their custom Ravens bus, making the trip to cheer on the team together. It's a tradition that perfectly reflects his enthusiasm, loyalty, and love of spending time with family and friends.

This month's featured project showcases the stunning transformation of a home just off West Street in Annapolis. Our client, local real estate professional Kellie Gough, wanted to give her home a fresh, modern appearance while enhancing its curb appeal.
To bring her vision to life, we installed a new roof featuring TAMKO Titan XT® shingles in Weathered Wood, a beautiful ProVia Signet® entry door, a ProVia patio door, a custom-built portico, and completed the exterior with new gutters and soffit. Together, these updates created a timeless look that enhances both the home's beauty and value.

To honor the strength, life and legacy of Mary Fichtner, we are participating in the Walk to Defeat ALS. Mary passed at the age of 65, leaving a lifetime of memories behind. In hopes to find a cure for this devastating disease, we have set a goal to fundraise $7,000. 🏠 HOME OF THE MONTH: One of our recent projects, a home with breathtaking views situated along the South River in the Poplar Point neighborhood, received a full exterior renovation designed to enhance both its beauty and long-term performance.

The transformation features James Hardie siding in the striking Evening Blue color, creating a timeless coastal look that stands out against the waterfront backdrop. We also installed a new roofing system backed by a GAF System Plus Warranty, Marvin Ultimate windows, Marvin patio doors, and two beautiful Clark Hall entry doors to complete the home's refreshed exterior.
