This vegetable is very familiar in asian countries.Not all asian people like it too because of the bitter taste.
The good benefits in our body is; it will provides powerful blood sugar control and dense nutrients.But over consumption can cause digestive upset and low blood sugar.This is good for a diabetic person in a moderate consumption.

2 years ago a friend of mine shared her Goji berry cuttings.She gave me a lot but only one survived.But I’m
lucky this year they produced good.
So i dried them and i can add it in my tea or just eat it directly.
According to Science Goji berries is good for the eyes,provide immune system support,protect against cancer,promote healthy skin,stabilize blood sugar and improve depression,anxiety,and sleep.
