Thank you for another amazing market! 💙🧡
Huge thanks to our family and friends for supporting our crazy endeavors—buying our goods, cheering us on, and loving on our pup while we hustled.
And thank YOU to our customers for showing up, shopping small, and believing in what we create. We couldn’t do any of this without you. ✨

Part #2
Obviously my wife and I are big fan's. So I knew the design needed to have dothraki and targaryen design aspects to it. I had the vision of a dragon egg with a dothraki styled lid. Only the finest materials were an option for my best good buddy Drogo. So I used soft maple for the cylinder body, Paduk for the scales and handle dowels and white oak for the lid with a gold velvet lining. Each scale was cut using a chisel gouge and shaped then dipped in an ebonizer solution to turn the wood black. Then I partially sanded each one so the natural orange color came through. Each scale was glued on one by one. 186 scales total on the urn. The lid is made of white oak with a black walnut handle. I tried to line up the end grain on the lid to resemble flames. I then hand burned his name on both sides, once is English and the other in Dothraki. You will always be missed buddy! Until we meet again in the night lands!

Part #1
This past year has been crazy which is why it's been almost a year since I have posted anything. I've been in two car accidents this year and we also found out in the spring that our best good buddy Drogo had cancer. So I put everything on the back burner so I could focus on taking care of him while going through treatment. Unfortunately, on July 29th we had to say goodbye. I've been putting off making this post because it still hurts so bad not seeing your silly face everyday. I still had one more job to do for my best good buddy and it's time to share it. There would not be an urn good enough for my boy unless I made it for him myself. This piece is by for the hardest and my most prized creation I never wanted to make. Continued in part #2.
