It's Monday! Here's a little mood board inspiration for our week. We've come up with two options for decor for a little guest house sitting room.... but we can't decide which we like best. Both offer the same area rug, swivel chair, and coffee table pair with differences in the artwork, sofas, and accent tables. Are we feeling dark green velvet? Or mid-century leather? We give up.

We’re excited to share this sleek and stylish secondary bath from our newly finished modern remodel. The striking white and navy vertical tiles create a bold statement, while the navy blue oval concrete sink adds a unique character. The white oak floating vanity provides a beautiful contrast to the bold tile and adds warmth and texture to the space. Brass fixtures bring a touch of luxury.

Modern doesn't have to feel cold or impersonal! We used a warm neutral white for the walls, trim, and ceiling to accentuate the insane ocean view and natural sunlight while simplifying the architecture in this remodel. We played with curves, textures, and warmth in our furnishings to create a cozy, inviting lounge space.

Revisiting the Spanish-style dining room we recently finished this past year... It was a party! We love seeing our work in action. This dining space was designed for large family dinners and cozy cocktail evenings with friends. It served its purpose perfectly for the host's ladies' night/housewarming party.

This dining space is a love letter to rich earthy tones and rustic elegance. Not 100% finished and styled yet! But too good not to share a little cell snap from our move-in day! We believe in spaces that speak to the soul and this room certainly speaks to ours. Here, the timeless beauty of natural & rustic materials- leather, terra cotta, hardwoods, and hand-wrought iron and the gentle grace of sunlight create not just a dining room, but a sanctuary. As the interior design team, we’re excited to share this beauty- marrying California Spanish style with the warmth of natural colors to create spaces that are both beautiful and built to last.

After a fire, this home needed more than repairs; it needed a transformation. Our goal was clear: design a home that fits a big family's life, filled with durable materials and cozy touches that make every day in it special.
