Just thought you might like another feather in your cap. The home you staged for me at on
Parkway Dr. for Bruce & Barb, was listed on February 7, 2012 at $204,900,which was somewhat high. I advised them that the home should be priced closer to $190,000 to $195,000. They agreed to lower the price in two weeks if we didn’t have any activity. However, after only one week and not a single inquiry, they agreed the price was too high and lowered it to $194,500 on February 14. After a week we had two offers, and after a short time of negotiating, one of the offers was accepted. We will be closing on March 23.
Thank you so much for your professionalism and expertise. It was a joy, as always, to work with you again, and the buyers think you’re awesome.

Today I am going to take some beautiful granite pieces to Terry Barnett my favorite "house flipper" with OCD, Inc., and make final selections. I am happy to say that this house I have worked on for a few months from studs already has a contract on it! I chose grantite from the beautiful slabs in an indoor facility at Midwest granite off Sante Fe and 42nd and the most wonderful experience there.

Today my husband and I set up my Facebook business page.
