Production of this 6x6' Compass mosaic was no small task! From making the template, to hand cutting each piece in clay, then carefully loading to bisque fire. The next step was sorting by color and laying out for the glazing process. After unloading each piece from the second kiln firing, the mosaic needed to be reassembled and prepped for meshing in sq ft sections. Once this last production step was complete, each section was labeled and carefully packaged with section maps.
We cant wait to see install pics!
