Good Morning Friends!
I have been given the opportunity to rent a large unit. It’s much larger than our current unit.
I want to rent out a few spaces. I’m wondering if there would be any interest?
Here’s a couple things to remember:
* We are only open Friday & Saturday and will start being open some
Sundays (after church).
* If it’s raining, we will most likely have to close.
* Access to fluff your space will only be available when we are open or at the shop. We can make exceptions on occasion.
* First month rent will need to be paid in order to move in your stuff. Rent will be due the last week of the month. Your rent amount will come off the top of your sales, there will NOT be a 10% commission charge.
* You’re responsible for providing display pieces and maintaining your space.
Rental agreement will include full list for you to review.
