Refinished. This wood is store bought wood from Home Depot. Customer picked it up at an auction type setting. It’s made very well, piping used for the legs, pretty cool design. The wood takes stain much differently. Since it’s going to be their kitchen table I used lacquer so that it would be mostly scratch proof. I always put a coat of wax on before giving the piece back to my customer.
