Yesterday I participated in a Pet Grief Workshop hosted by and facilitated by - huge thanks as well to for sharing the post about it happening or I wouldn’t have found out about it.

Speaking to everyone in the group about all of our losses made me feel so much less isolated in my grief. Sharing pictures and memories of Rudie is so hard, but reminding myself how lucky I am to have experienced such a strong bond is so important. I am so thankful for everyone who participated and held space for each other and to now have this physical reminder that I made in her memory. 💚

I am looking forward to continuing to make art in memory of her and taking an idea from another participant of writing down happy memories about her as well so I can reflect on the good things and not just dwell on the sad.

Ok y’all I made collar chain pins that are both simple and some that are a little more of statement pieces because the poll I did was 50/50! Some have uranium glass beads too! These will be available to purchase at my next event which is Heartland Pride on July 18th!
