This is the most common floor we restore since it was installed in 1/2" concrete and chicken wire and very difficult to remove. It is a floor that was installed in the 1960s through the 1970s. These floors are usually very worn, damaged and dirty when we are called. When we got done with this one it probably looked better than when it was originally installed. We had to clean, grind out the scratches, polish and seal. We can complete most of these floors in less than a day and you can walk on them right when we are done with it.
