Prototype #2 “Belly Of The Beast”
Pork Belly marinated and well-seasoned and the heat coming from the Caribbean with Scotch Bonnet Pepper. White rice, Puerto Rican-style beans and a stunning Ponzu sauce which pairs beautifully with the mighty Pork Belly. Bringing The Caribbean and Asian flavors together on a simple yet delicious fashion. El Jefe is here, bringing you fusion dishes with a side of a good story. Salud!
