Nothing is worse than putting your old furniture into a newly remodeled space!
Custom sofas take 8-14 weeks. Dining tables can vary depending if its in stock. Rugs, drapery, and upholstered pieces all have lead times and transit time on the road.
If you wait until the renovation is done to start ordering furniture, you’re adding three to four months of living in a finished space. Or worse, you panic-buy pieces that don’t fit because you’re tired of an empty room 😅
Here’s the order of operations we follow:
☑️Lock in your design with hard finish selections first before construction.
☑️Confirm furniture sizes once drywall is in.
☑️Order long-lead furniture while construction is happening.
☑️Furniture pieces arrive and stored for safe-keeping until construction is done and ready for a complete install.
