In the past month I took on a new job and have been slacking on my Friday creative stress relief. Today for lunch.... meat n smoked sharp cheddar I made a month ago. Dinner, pan fried pork chops and cheese covered hassle back tators, and experimenting with smoked chocolate chunks with cinnamon and cyanne for some up coming food and drink recipes.

Normally I suck at making omelettes... I took my time this morning and cooked at a lower temp than I normally do. Pepperoni and cheese topped with Melindas Truffle sauce... If you never tried it I highly recommend.. it goes with just about anything. Hope everyone has a great week!!

Happy veterans day!! For the first time in 35 years I have not had to take vacation on a federal holiday. I took the time to be creative and enjoy some down time. Smoked cheese, some baking from scratch, and one of my favorites.... Wine braised beef. Thank you for service if you served! Eat the good stuff, enjoy the good life!
