All class color shirts are now in the pickup box with your names on the bags.
Please do not message me unless there is a real issue with your order.
In the last 2 days I have got 18 messages or calls from people forgetting to order, not sure where they selected for pickup, ordering wrong sizes, ordering the wrong class, thinking their shirts were missing. So far, the only issue on my end is one shirt that was store pickup and it got sent to the school.
I am more than grateful for these orders but the constant messages have to stop in the future or unfortunately the prices will be going up.
I know my posts seem crabby or whatever but every single Onawa/West Monona high school or youth order I do, I am getting these same messages constantly and it is very frustrating because I know majority of you would not be doing this if the orders were done with someone out of town.
These shirts were offered to everyone from PreK to seniors to staff (a lot of shirts with 8 different designs, many sizes and colors), the order deadline for these shirts was 1:00 monday and all finished by 1:00 Thursday. I can't keep a quick turn around if I have to keep answering questions that should never be.
Also, if a webstore is ran through my website, I am the contact person. If PTO, FFA, volleyball or anywhere else is doing their own order forms but you know I'm the one making them, that DOES NOT make me the contact person. I either give bulk discounts for them doing their own forms or I give a percentage back to them for every webstore, I again can't continue to do that when parents are constantly messaging me or forgetting to order on time.
In the future, please pay attention to order deadlines, what you are ordering and stop with the messaging or calling unless there is a real issue with your order. If there is not an issue, message when you get the pickup ready email so I know when you want it out in the box. I don't have room to keep all of them out there all the time. When you know it's a large order, paying attention to or reading my Facebook posts before messaging will usually answer your questions..
I probably shouldn't even add this part but already this week I have wrote over $1700 in checks for a school sponsorship and to different activities for webstores, plus the Spartan store will get a check at the end of the month. None of that is including the current PTO order and I know they made good money off of it. My point of adding this is that I did a decent sized webstore for a different school a few weeks ago and I was not contacted by a single person other than the one who asked to setup the store. Many out of town places do not give back to the schools at all, if you want this to continue for your kids sports or anything, you have to treat my business as you would an of town business and stop with the unnecessary messages and calls.
