🎄🍭 HAPPY FRIDAY — IT’S RETREAT DAY!!! 🍭🎄

The room is FULL, everyone is crafting, and the Christmas Sweet Retreat is officially underway! 🥹

Right now, we’re all working on a beautiful snowman wreath ☃️🎀 and I seriously couldn’t ask for a better way to kick off our first full day!

The glue guns are hot 🔥, the ribbon is flying 🎀, Christmas music is playing, and 100 amazing creatives are gathered together doing what we LOVE!

The Christmas Sweet Retreat is off to an AMAZING start, and we have soooo much more fun coming today! 🎄✨🍬

🎄🍭✨ IT’S TIME!!! ✨🍭🎄

The event I have been working on since LAST YEAR’S retreat ended is FINALLY HERE.

I’m on my way to go get cleaned up, and in just TWO HOURS, 100 designers from all across the U.S. will start making their way to the farm for our Day 1 - Meet & Greet of the Christmas Sweet Retreat!!! 🩷🩵

I seriously cannot believe I’m typing that.

The backdrops are UP.
The stage is SET.
The glue guns are PLUGGED IN. 🔥
The vendors are READY. 🛍️
The decorations are done.
The final details are in place.

And now… WE’RE READY FOR YOU!!! 🙌🏼

For almost an entire year, this weekend has been in the back of my mind every single day. The planning. The ordering. The lists. The projects. The decorating. The emails. The phone calls. The changes. The late nights. The early mornings. The little headaches along the way.

There have been SO many moments where I’ve thought, “How in the world am I going to get all of this done?”

And somehow… WE DID IT.

Tonight, I finally get to watch everything I’ve pictured in my head for the last year come to life.

But the best part isn’t the stage, the decorations, the projects, or any of the “stuff.”

It’s the people. 🥹

Seeing 100 people walk onto this farm who traveled from all across the country to craft, laugh, learn, shop, make memories, and spend this weekend together is going to make every single late night, early morning, stressful moment, and headache SO worth it.

It’s honestly surreal.

A year of work… for one incredible weekend.

You can have all the dreams in the world, but eventually you have to put in the work

Success doesn’t come from sitting around waiting for the perfect opportunity, the perfect time, or someone else to make it happen for you.

The people you see succeeding are the ones putting in the work. They’re making the effort. They’re working the long days. They’re showing up when they’re tired. They’re figuring things out when the plan doesn’t work. They’re making sacrifices that nobody else sees.

It’s easy to look at someone who is successful and say, “They’re lucky.”

But you probably didn’t see the late nights.
You didn’t see the early mornings.
You didn’t see the stress, the mistakes, the failures, or the times they wanted to quit but kept going anyway.

You cannot expect BIG results while giving LITTLE effort.

Success isn’t handed to you because you want it badly enough. You have to be willing to work for it, fight for it, learn from your mistakes, and keep showing up.

At the end of the day, effort will always separate the people who talk about what they want from the people who actually go get it. 💪🏼

Put in the work. Make the effort. Do the long days.

Your results will eventually speak for themselves.
