Good morning everyone!

As you might know, we spent all of last year away from the kitchens to concentrate on our venture at Southern Union Community College. In our absence, Mrs. Lindsey "Sassy" Andrews did just a phenomenal job managing two kitchens, all the members and our catering services - a truly magnificent performance! Also while we were away, Mr. Robert Lockhart filled in for me by assisting Sassy in taking care of the maintenance and anything else that needed to be taken care of around the property. For all you did for us, Karen and I are so grateful to you both, Lindsey and Robert, and we truly appreciate your care and efforts!
