Good Morning Junkers!
Hope you find whatever it is your on the hunt for!
If you all shop Spotted Cat often I’m sure you met my precious husband MrRon.
He had two favorite sayings while in the CAT!
1. The fun is in the hunt!
2. The more the merrier!
The first one he would say to a customer that was asking for a specific item thinking we might know exactly where that one item was in this 30,000 square-foot market. 
The second he would say to himself out loud when he would read negative comments about any antique/Flea market. We’re all in the same business. If you own an antique market, you know the work that goes into it. You know there’s got to be love for it to continue to do it. You know you got to put up with all kinds of people, but why negative comments why compete one against the other we’re all in it for the love of old stuff. I personally have made a list of all of the flea markets in a 50 mile radius of our market so when people come from out of town and ask if there’s any others, we can hand them one of those printouts and send them to other antique markets. Because to us that’s showing compassion, consideration, and the love of old stuff, buy it from us, buy it from another one. It doesn’t matter we’re all here to provide memories, history, the smell of mawmaw‘s kitchen.
Ron and I did not open the store to outdo or out sale. He opened it as a gift to me and I try my best to do the best to have the best and if I don’t, I will send the customer to one of the other owners that hopefully feel the same way I do.
I’m sure by now most of you know, my husband has passed away. He is greatly missed by customers, vendors, family and friends and mostly by me so know when you walk inside the cat, If we don’t have what you are looking for just ask, we will give you directions to the next market and hopefully find what it is you’re looking for! And as always come see what the Cat drug in.
