When I saw this color from I knew it was the one for this vintage dresser in my guest room.
I’ve been spending a lot of time traveling back and forth lately after buying a home in another state, slowly filling it with pieces I love while also getting a second furniture business up and running. So this felt like the perfect time to try out a new paint line.
And if you know me, you know I am definitely not a pink person. Never have been. But this color completely surprised me. It changes throughout the day depending on the light and has the prettiest warm taupe undertones. It’s soft, neutral, and honestly just beautiful.
I wanted to see how the paint would perform, so I applied it with both a brush and a roller—and it was flawless. Smooth finish, great coverage, and super easy to work with. I’m already looking forward to spraying it on my next piece.
I posted a poll to my stories and the majority agreed that I should keep the original hardware. So I cleaned it up, leaving some of the patina and polished the gorgeous walnut legs.
Swipe to see the dresser before it was staged, how the color looks in different lighting, and the original dresser before its makeover. ✨
