April, you flew by in a hot minute. You were incredible and also one of the most exhausting months of the year. Our adventures wrapped with two projects completed, new ones already in motion, two photo shoots, a new puppy, a trip up the coast to Big Sur, and an Easter visit with one of my best friends. This guest bedroom remodel was all about creating a moody, playful escape, perfect for hosting in a lively college town. We leaned into personality and layered in details that make the space feel anything but ordinary.

Transformation Monday
This before and after bathroom remodel completely reimagined the space. We began by opening up the shower, which was previously enclosed and dated, to create a lighter and more elevated feel.

The new design features plaster ceilings, hand crafted zellige tile installed one piece at a time, a striking Calacatta Monet slab, and a custom metal shower door paired with exposed brass shower heads. The original design lacked scale, depth, and intention.
